YOUR ABILITY TO TAKE PART

By taking part in a Nordic Walking workshop you confirm that you are in good health and understand and accept the risks of participating in any physical activity. Please consult your physician if you have any concerns about your ability to participate.

your documents.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

1) If you need to cancel

Should you decide to cancel your holiday booking you must advise us by email.  Please send a copy of your original email confirmation to hgwarrell@hotmail.co.uk.

The booking deposit is non-refundable.

If you become unable to travel or choose not to travel after you have made payment of the final balance. If you cancel your holiday, we will not refund any insurance premiums or flight payments paid at time of booking.

If you return home early from your holiday (or are unable to take part in the activity), we cannot refund the cost of any services you have not used. Depending on the circumstances you may be
able to claim on your travel insurance.

2) If we need to cancel or alter the schedule of your holiday

refund of all monies paid (excluding the flight costs and insurance).

We will not cancel a holiday after the date when the payment of the balance becomes due, unless this is as a result of force majeure.

3) Force Majeure
We will not pay you compensation if we have to cancel or amend your holiday as a result of unusual and unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control, the consequences of which neither we nor
our suppliers could avoid. Examples include war or threat of war, riots, civil strife, terrorist activities, industrial disputes, natural or nuclear disaster, fire or adverse weather conditions, level of water in rivers or other similar events beyond our control.

YOUR ABILITY TO TAKE PART
Participation on our walks and activities requires an appropriate level of fitness.

We reserve the right not to accept participants on our walks and activities if, in the reasonable opinion of the Nordic Walking leader, this would compromise the safety or enjoyment of an individual or the group as a whole.

WEBSITE ACCURACY
The information and prices on the website have been carefully checked and we believe they are correct at the time of publication, however occasionally changes and errors can occur and we reserve the right to make changes; if this occurs we will advise you at the earliest possible time.

Advertised facilities may be subject to change by the various suppliers concerned. There may be occasions when an advertised facility or activity is not available during your holiday. This may be due to insufficient numbers, weather, operational or maintenance reasons. Walks and activities may be subject to variation or cancellation due to party size, weather, or operational considerations.
However, we will do our upmost to ensure that your expectations are met and exceeded.

TICKS
We take great care in keeping you safe from any potential hazards during our walking activities.

The walking holiday in northern Spain takes routes that may have ticks in the vegetation through which we pass. Therefore, it is recommended that long trousers are worn to avoid any risk of tick bites. However, each person must assess the risks and decide on appropriate clothing, given advice from the holiday leader. Please refer to the Kit List provided by the trip organiser.

COMPLAINTS
If you have a complaint during your holiday you must notify Hilary Warrell hgwarrell@hotmail.co.uk .

All complaints that are received are thoroughly investigated and participants are kept informed.

Sometimes investigations can take time, especially when awaiting a response from suppliers. We aim to settle all complaints amicably.
