This is a wonderful combination of fresh air & fresh nutritious food!
Join us for a morning of nordic walking in the beautiful Chilterns, with a focus on mindfulness. Awareness of body, breath, all our senses & the natural world that surrounds us. An immersion in the present moment which really promises to have a positive effect on both your mental & physical wellbeing.
After the walk, you will be welcomed into the warmth of Sofie’s 16th century beamed cottage for a demonstration of 4 delicious vegetarian courses. Sofie, a qualified naturopathic nutritionist, will share her knowledge with us throughout. You will leave well informed, inspired & very well fed!
£45 per person includes use of nordic poles, guided mindful walk, light 4 course meal with glass of bubbly, coffee/tea & printed recipes.
