Joints that don’t move, cause muscles that cross them to fall asleep. Stiff feet are weak feet.
Feet that don’t move very well can lead to ……. ankles that don’t move well……to knees that don’t move well……..to hips that don’t move well…….to a spine that doesn’t move well.
Just like with a car who’s parts we don’t service regularly, things start to seize up, one problem leads to another, & repair work becomes even more expensive
